Mechanical engineering production:

The Strojosvit company can offer a production or cooperation in the following areas:

  • production of weldments from 0,5 kg up to 5000 kg from sheets, shapes and rolled stock, including treatment
  • production of castings from a grey cast iron G 20 and G 25, including treatment from 0,5 kg up to 5000 kg
  • production of small parts of both rotation and non-rotation character on the NC and CNC machinery
  • production of sheets parts (machinery coverings, control panels, etc.) from sheets in the thickness from 0,8 up to 16 mm including a contingent processing

The Strojosvit company is further interested in the cooperation during the production of final products of a machinery branch:

Our technologies:

The machinery plant incorporates independent units (production workshops) that are capable to produce some types of machinery goods with a minimum of between-shops cooperation, to make the surface finish of the goods and in a final phase to assemble them into units and dispatch them.

  • The locksmith’s workshops
    • Sheet products - coverings, consoles, lids, apparatus cases, panel covers, electro-panels.
      Technology - shearing, drilling, welding, finish. The parts are produced with a tolerance common for such products
    • Structure products - foundation frames, dryer’s frames, piping’s, steel structures.
      Technology - burning, welding, drilling, finish. The tolerance in the production common for these products
     
  • Case parts
    • Products of cast iron and cast steel - side frames, frames, gear boxes, levers.
      Technology - drilling, sheets, machining, precise openings machining, threading etc. Production tolerances IT6.
    • Structure steels products - levers, tanks, beams, hydraulic blocks.
      Technologies - welding, burning, straightening of plane surfaces and grinding, holes drilling, threading.

Required quality of products:

  • All parts are produced in a quality prescribed in production documentation.
  • Surface treatment is made within the limits Fa 0,8 m - 100 m in accordance with the products character.
  • Dimension accuracy of parts is within a tolerance of IT 6 - IT 12.
